SeaHorse Equine Learning Centre includes a 65 by 100 foot arena, a meeting/viewing room, a balcony viewing area, indoor stables as well as an outdoor fifty foot round pen. These spaces are available for rent separately. However, the whole building may be rented on an hourly as well as daily basis.

Airy in the summer and sheltered in the winter, the dome-shaped, fabric covered arena has an inviting, open feel that is naturally bright during daylight and can be illuminated after dark. The arena footing is suitable for all horse activities as well as many other disciplines. Besides being a popular venue for equine clinics and workshops, it has become a favorite with dog enthusiasts for fly ball, agility and Schutzhund training. The heated meeting room is comfortably furnished with sofas and chairs as well as a small kitchen area and fridge. It is an ideal setting for gatherings, meetings and workshops of all kinds.
